Using local dewasansan rice polished to 50% Tatenokawa have strived to make a semi sweet, lighter style of sake to appeal to a wider audience. Light bodied, smooth with a gentle impact due to the lower 14% alcohol content. A fragrance of fresh fruit melon and candied pears is perfectly balanced by the subtle flavour, structure and style
