Early multiorgan failure, thrombosis, intracranial (superior sagittal sinus) hypertension, portal and caval hyper- tension, and aortal hypotension, in its full presentation (i.e., giant T-wave) or attenuated by BPC 157 therapy (i.e., normal T-wave) may be decisive for further isoprenaline-lesion development, similar to that noted with major intoxication (i.e., alcohol, lithium) or major vessel occlusion [ 14 23 ]

Whether this disparity is due to the sensitivity of assessments or a weaker influence of the cerebellum on cognitive processes is still uncertain
