(b) Adjustments to Shared Savings Program Calculations In the event that CMS identifies one or more HCPCS or CPT codes with SAHS billing activity in CY 2024 or a subsequent calendar year that warrant adjustment, we propose to exclude all Medicare Parts A and B payment amounts associated with the identified codes on specified claim types submitted by any provider or supplier from expenditure and revenue calculations for the relevant calendar year for which the SAHS billing activity is identified
